About The Company
Our client is a well-established property maintenance and building services specialist with a strong reputation for delivering quality, safety, and reliability across the UK. They work with many of the country’s largest landlords, housing providers, and facilities managers, providing building repairs, planned maintenance, and refurbishment services across a wide range of property sectors.
Due to continued growth, they are now seeking a Desk-Based Supervisor to join their busy team and help maintain the high standards their business is known for.

The Role
This is a desk-based supervisory position, ideal for someone who enjoys managing operations, coordinating teams, and ensuring quality delivery without being permanently site-based.
Youll be responsible for coordinating and supervising maintenance and repair works across residential properties and voids, ensuring that projects run smoothly from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily contract performance and liaise with residents and clients to ensure a positive service experience
* Ensure operatives, subcontractors, and suppliers adhere to health & safety standards and deliver quality work on time
* Plan and schedule works in collaboration with the call centre and site teams
* Complete and review risk assessments, method statements, toolbox talks, and pre-inspection reports
* Maintain accurate documentation and provide regular updates to your line manager
* Attend team meetings and contribute to ongoing performance improvements
What Were Looking For
* Proven supervisory experience within property maintenance, repairs, or social housing
* Strong knowledge of health & safety and compliance requirements
* Excellent communication and organisational skills with a proactive, solution-focused approach
* Competent IT skills and the ability to manage scheduling systems or work management software
* Full, clean UK driving licence
