💰 Salary: £24,000 – £28,000 per year (depending on experience and capability)
We are seeking an Immigration Legal Assistant to join our UK immigration law team. This is a full-time, on-site role, ideal for candidates who are looking to build a long-term career in the legal field.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with the preparation and submission of UK immigration applications, including application forms, legal representations, and supporting documents
* Draft legal correspondence and related legal documents
* Communicate professionally with clients to collect required information and provide case updates
* Organise and maintain client files to ensure accuracy, completeness, and regulatory compliance
* Track case timelines and deadlines to ensure timely and compliant submissions
* Conduct legal and policy research on UK immigration rules and monitor regulatory updates
Requirements
* Must have the legal right to work in the UK, with at least 12 months of visa validity remaining
* Excellent written and spoken English
* Able to work full-time on-site
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously
* High level of attention to detail and compliance awareness
* Good time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
* Prior knowledge or experience in immigration law is a plus (not required — training will be provided)
