JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+ years PQE
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: GBP Competitive (DOE)
THE ROLE:
Due to an increase in workload, our client is seeking to expand their legal team with the appointment of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well:regarded firm and manage a varied and stimulating caseload of real estate matters. You will be dealing with a range of commercial property matters including the sales and purchases of commercial property, remortgages, commercial leases and property development and investment transactions. You will play a key role in delivering high:quality advice to a diverse client base and will be encouraged to engage directly in client relationships.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
You will have a minimum of 5 years' PQE in commercial property law and proven technical expertise in all aspects of real estate. Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen is a must along with a client:focused approach with excellent communication skills. Looking to focus on fee earning and maintain direct client contact then this is the role for you.
Salary and Benefits
This role offers a competitive salary alongside a strong benefits package, including:hybrid working : 2 days from home following successful completion of probation, 27 days annual leave + bank holidays, pension scheme (with employer match), private health insurance, income protection and death in service benefit and option to buy or sell holiday days.
