JOB TITLE: Commercial Property Solicitor
PQE REQUIRED: 5+ years PQE
LOCATION: Suffolk
SALARY: Competitive (DOE)
OVERVIEW:
Due to a sustained increase in workload, our client is seeking to expand their legal team with the appointment of an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor. This is an exciting opportunity to join a well:regarded firm and manage a varied and stimulating caseload of real estate matters.
You will handle a broad spectrum of commercial property work including:
- Sales and purchases of commercial property
- Remortgages and refinancing arrangements
- Commercial leases and lease renewals
- Property development and investment transactions
You will play a key role in delivering high:quality advice to a diverse client base and will be encouraged to engage directly in client relationships.
THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:
- Minimum 5 years' PQE in commercial property law
- Proven experience managing your own caseload gained in real estate
- Strong technical knowledge and commercial acumen
- A client:focused approach with excellent communication skills
- Looking to focus on fee earning and maintain direct client contact
