We are currently recruiting professional and reliable Coach Drivers to join a growing operator in Oxford. This role offers guaranteed 40 hours per week covering school runs and private hire, with additional ADHOC shifts available.
What You’ll Do:
* Provide a professional, safe, and courteous service to passengers
* Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure the coach is roadworthy and clean
* Assist passengers with boarding, luggage, and customer care
* Represent the company with professionalism on every journey
* Follow EU driving hours, tachograph, and safety regulations
What We’re Looking For:
* Valid Category D (PCV) Licence and Driver CPC qualification
* Minimum 1 year’s bus or coach driving experience (tours preferred)
* A clean licence (max 6 points – no DRs or INs)
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Flexibility to work on an ADHOC schedule, including weekends and early starts
* Smart appearance and professional manner
Pay & Benefits:
💰 £20.00 – £26.56 per hour (depending on assignment)
