Job Title: Locum Consultant Psychiatrist
Location: Nationwide (roles available across the UK)
Contract Type: Flexible Locum – Ad-hoc shifts through to 3 month+ placements
Rates: £80 -105per hour
About the Role
We are seeking experienced Locum Consultant Psychiatrists to join services across the country. Whether you’re looking for occasional shifts or longer-term contracts, we can match you with opportunities in inpatient, community, liaison, or specialist settings.
Key Responsibilities
* Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and provide evidence-based treatment plans.
* Offer clinical leadership and supervision to junior doctors and the multidisciplinary team.
* Participate in Mental Health Act work, risk management, and clinical governance activities.
Requirements
* Full GMC registration with a licence to practise.
* Inclusion on the Specialist Register (or within 6 months of CCT).
* Relevant experience in adult, CAMHS, old age, or specialty psychiatry.
* Strong communication and collaborative skills.
