Head of Sales Division - UK/EMEA/Americas

We’re seeking an experienced Media Sales Executive to join the team and play a pivotal role in one of their industry-leading media platforms. This is an exciting opportunity for a confident and ambitious individual with across print, digital, and events. About the Role
We\'re seeking a natural business hunter – someone who loves uncovering new opportunities and thrives on winning new business. You’ll be a key player in growing their client base, working closely with senior leadership and editorial to develop and deliver compelling advertising solutions.
You\'ll need to be:
* Energetic, professional, and self-motivated
* Comfortable communicating with clients across phone, email, social media, and in-person
* A confident closer who brings creativity and innovation to the sales process
Key Responsibilities
* Drive new business across print, digital, and event platforms
* Nurture and grow existing client relationships
* Consistently meet and exceed personal and team sales targets
* Present tailored proposals to clients with clarity and confidence
* Maintain accurate CRM records and client data
* Collaborate with directors and editorial teams on strategy
* Represent the brand at key industry events and exhibitions (including international travel)
* Contribute ideas, identify new revenue streams, and stay ahead of media trends
* Provide regular performance updates to the Group Sales Director
Who We\'re Looking For
* Open to experience. Would look at a Grad or someone with 1 or 2 years sales experience
* Confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills
* Goal-oriented, with the drive to succeed and exceed targets
* Based in or willing to commute to our Kent office (hybrid working may be considered)
* Willing to travel internationally for events and client meetings
