Due to growth, theyre now looking to appoint two Supervising Social Workers to join their team.
The Role This is a relationship-led role where your focus is on supporting foster carers to deliver safe, stable and nurturing environments for children and young people.
You wont be overloaded.
You wont be left on your own.

What Youll Be Doing Providing regular supervision and support to foster carers (visits + phone)
Monitoring placements to ensure safe, stable and positive environments
Completing annual foster carer reviews and presenting to panel
Working closely with Local Authorities and wider professional networks
Supporting carers with placements, challenges and development
Ensuring safeguarding is always front and centre
Completing assessments, reports and maintaining accurate records
Supporting young people towards independence where appropriate
Contributing to team meetings and wider service development

The Package Salary up to £38,000
45p per mile mileage

What Were Looking For Qualified Social Worker (Degree level or equivalent)
Registered with Social Work England
Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Current DBS
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
