The vacancy will be permanent after a successful trial period. The Role • Programming, Setting and operating CNC turning machinery • Fanuc or XYZ Proturn control systems • Ensure complex and intricate components meet the required specifications • Maintain a clean and tidy workshop environment • Adhere to strict health and safety procedures • Working with work in ferrous and non-ferrous metals as well as engineering plastics. The Person • Preferably time served • Experience of Programming CNC turning machinery within a CNC environment. • Experience of working with Fanuc or XYZ Proturn controls. • Duties will include changing inserts, programming and use of measuring equipment.
