Accounts Administrator
Loughton, Essex
Salary: £28, - £30,
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm

Are you an experienced Accounts Assistant looking for your next opportunity in a dynamic and supportive environment? We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our busy finance team in Loughton.
Key Responsibilities:
5. Processing sales and purchase invoices
6. Costing and coding invoices accurately
7. Handling staff expenses
8. Preparing and maintaining Excel spreadsheets
9. Credit control and debt chasing
10. Supporting the accounts team with ad hoc tasks
What We're Looking For:
11. Experience using Sage or similar accounting software
12. Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office
13. Confidence in learning and using internal systems (full training provided)
14. Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
15. Organised, proactive, and able to manage workload independently
