Temp to Perm Reception Administrator – Immediate Start Required! A leading investment company in Sheffield city centre is seeking a Reception/Administrator to join their serviced centre facility. You will provide reception and administrative support to the Centre and regional office. Key Responsibilities: * Ensure the smooth running of the Centre. * Adhere to Health and Safety Policy. * Brief new and prospective tenants on the operation of the Centre and their responsibilities. * Greet and manage visitors to the Centre. * Oversee any subcontractors on site. * Prepare monthly sales invoices for rental fees and rechargeable services. * Process purchase invoices for goods and services. * Liaise with Head Office on account codes and computerised accounts matters. * Assist the Centre to operate within the agreed annual financial plan. * Support marketing campaigns and promotional activities. * Assist with letting available business units, negotiating rental levels, and preparing lease documents. * Notify utilities, local authorities, security companies, and other relevant bodies of occupancy changes to avoid incorrect charging. The Ideal Candidate: * Graduates welcome! * Good general administrative and IT skills, including typical office software and telephony systems. * Excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently. * Pleasant, confident, and courteous manner, with strong communication skills. * Ability to work under pressure and demonstrate flexibility. * Commercially aware, with an understanding of the challenges faced by small businesses.
