How you create impact

In the role of Resource Manager, you'll manage and coordinate all personnel resources for our Operations team. This position involves overseeing daily staffing logistics to ensure smooth operations and effective budget management. You will maintain accurate records of staffing allocations and costs, providing essential data to Finance and other stakeholders for reporting and budgeting. Your insights will support senior management in making informed decisions on resource allocation aligned with organisational goals. You will collaborate with external staffing agencies to meet customer demands effectively. This role requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative approach to problem-solving.


What we would like you to bring

* Attractive working hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 4pm
* Experience managing resource records to produce and maintain organisational structures
* Ability to provide regular reports on resource status and budget utilisation
* Experience liaising with line managers for accurate and timely resource record updates
* Ability to report and coordinate overtime returns for finance
* Experience coordinating recruitment via agencies, including notification of requirements and engagement to resolve vacancies quickly
* Performance management of recruitment agencies, hosting monthly meetings, and addressing arising issues
* Supporting the operations team to resolve resource queries
* Providing support to the Support Services team to ensure accurate cost attribution to budgets
