* Fully qualified teacher status (QTS/QTLS)
* Strong understanding of the primary curriculum (KS1 and/or KS2)
* Experience supporting pupils with varying needs, especially those out of mainstream education
* Ability to deliver engaging, child-centred sessions in an outdoor learning environment
* Patience, creativity, and a nurturing approach to building confidence and resilience
