* Ability to interpret complex data sets and translate them into actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
* Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or commercial reporting role, ideally within a media, digital, or advertising environment.
* Familiarity with CRM software (preferably Salesforce)
* Experience with data transformation processes using software or code e.g. Alteryx, SQL
* Familiarity with the media and advertising industry, especially digital marketing
* Exposure to performance analytics tools, e.g. Google Ad Manager
* Strong technical skills and proficiency in Excel and Tableau (data manipulation and visualisation)
* Able to collaborate and build relationships with the immediate team and with colleagues in wider teams such as Sales, Operations and Finance
