Who We’re Looking For

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative leader to join as the Director of AI Ads Acceleration. You will be responsible for accelerating adoption of Microsoft’s AI Advertising products with advertisers (clients and agencies), leveraging AI offerings to deepen client relationships, drive revenue, and provide feedback to improve products. This role requires collaboration with Sales, Engineering, Marketing, and Product teams, and a proven track record in driving AI adoption, building client relationships, and delivering growth. Experience in advertising and AI technologies is essential.


Responsibilities

1. Sales Leadership & AI Acceleration: Develop and execute strategies to promote AI advertising solutions, identify opportunities, and demonstrate value to clients.
2. Scaled Sales Enablement & Collaboration: Enable sales teams to deliver AI narratives, identify opportunities, and coordinate efforts across teams to maximize impact.
3. Customer Engagement: Act as the voice of the customer, analyze feedback, and drive product improvements.
4. Strategic Planning & Sales Leadership: Prioritize accounts, develop sales plans, and align with business strategies.
5. GTM Planning: Contribute to go-to-market strategies for AI advertising products.
6. Industry Leadership: Influence industry leaders and participate in events to showcase Microsoft’s AI solutions.
7. Culture Leadership: Promote an inclusive, growth-oriented culture, and model leadership behaviors.


Qualifications


Required:

* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field, with experience in partner management, sales, or business development in tech.
* Experience building trust with senior leaders and developing strategic business plans.


Preferred:

* Passion for building and navigating ambiguity, with a focus on inclusion and teamwork.
* Strong communication, storytelling, and public speaking skills.
* Organizational agility, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
* Self-discipline, adaptability, and a proactive attitude.
