Glasgow (City Centre) | Hybrid
£26,000 to £28,000 + bonus
The Role
We’re currently working with a growing, well-established organisation seeking a Customer Retention Advisor to join their high-performing team.
This is a fast-paced, target-driven role where you will support customers who require ongoing guidance, particularly those whose circumstances have changed or who need further support to move forward.
You’ll manage your own portfolio, identifying where additional support is needed and ensuring customers are guided through the most appropriate next steps based on their individual situation.
What You’ll Be Doing
* Managing your own portfolio of customers requiring ongoing support
* Identifying customers who may need additional guidance or alternative solutions
* Providing clear, tailored support to customers with changing circumstances
* Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within internal CRM systems
* Working towards daily, weekly, and monthly performance targets
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with regulatory guidelines and internal processes
* Handling sensitive information with the highest level of confidentiality
What We’re Looking For
* Strong customer service experience, ideally within a regulated environment
* Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written
* Highly organised with strong time management skills
* Ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively
* Comfortable working in a target-driven environment
* Professional, empathetic, and detail-oriented approach
