About the Role
The Telesales Executive will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities and supporting the sales pipeline for commercial fit-out and workplace interiors. Key responsibilities include:

Conducting high-volume outbound calls to prospects and qualified leads to introduce the company’s services and identify opportunities.

Qualifying inbound enquiries, capturing key information and progressing leads through to the business development team.

Managing and updating the CRM system, tracking call activity, lead status and follow-up actions.

Collaborating closely with sales, estimating and marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging and handover of qualified opportunities.

Preparing call reports, lead summaries and highlighting market feedback or trends.
*
Continuously refining call scripts, objection-handling techniques and value propositions to improve conversion rates and lead quality.

Requirements
*
Proven telesales, outbound calling or lead-generation experience—ideally within construction, fit-out, interiors, furniture or workplace services.
*
Strong verbal communication skills, persuasive phone manner and ability to engage confidently with decision-makers.
*
Self-motivated, resilient and target-driven with a keen focus on lead quality and conversion.
*
Experience using CRM systems and comfortable managing pipeline data, reporting and follow-up activity.
*
Solid organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise multiple leads simultaneously.
*
Interest in the commercial interiors or fit-out sector is advantageous, though a proactive sales mindset is the key requirement.

Based in or commutable to the Birmingham area (or nearby regions) to attend occasional team meetings or events
