Account Manager - SaaS - Remote
Up to £45,000 + £15,000 OTC

What You’ll Do
* Develop and execute account strategies to unlock new upsell and expansion opportunities
* Systematically identify, pursue, and close upsell deals within the existing customer base
* Present the value of new product modules, features, and services to existing clients
* Cultivate long-term, trusted relationships with key stakeholders
* Manage the full sales cycle for upsells, from first contact to deal closure
* Keep your pipeline and CRM up to date, sharing accurate forecasts and reports
* Collaborate closely with Product, Customer Success, and Support teams to address customer needs and uncover new opportunities
* Stay on top of industry trends and competitor activity
* Consistently meet or exceed sales targets for upsell revenue
What We’re Looking For
* 3+ years in sales or account management, ideally with SaaS or technology products
* Proven experience upselling and expanding business within an existing customer base
* Proactive, commercial “hunter” mentality
* Natural relationship builder with excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Organised, data-driven, and highly self-motivated
* Passion for technology and an entrepreneurial, adaptable spirit
