Job Role: Plumber/ Mechanical Engineer (Level 2). Location: HMP Feltham. Salary: £33,268.27.
We are seeking a dedicated Plumber / Mechanical Engineer (Level 2) to join our team at HMP Feltham (A site) is a YOI which houses children and young people aged between 15 to 18 years. Feltham (B site) is a Category C prison and a YOI holding young people and men up to the age of 30 years old.

We are a Ministry Of Justice Business and provide critical and time-bound services to HMPPS, and are looking for a Plumber / Mechanical Engineer (Level 2) with any combination of the following:
* NVQ Level 2 in a mechanical or plumbing discipline or equivalent.
* Good Health & Safety knowledge.
* Excellent organisational, time management and people skills.

Future Plans
GFSL has been notified by its shareholder (MOJ) that the provision of FM services will in future be delivered by the private sector. Following a successful procurement process, GFSL’s services will transfer to a private sector provider no sooner than August 2027.
