Shift: Days / 8a-5p, 8×5, 40 hours per week, M-F
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
* MD or multi-state Compact LPN License
* Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience as a Licensed Practical Nurse
* Home Health experience
* BCLS
