An excellent opportunity has arisen within our Housing Service where you will work as a Modern Apprentice within the Dalry Housing Office. \nYou will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers to the Local Housing Offices, providing a welcoming front of house experience. You will also provide support to the wider team with administrative tasks, contributing to the day-to-day delivery of an efficient and effective service.\n Customer service skills, problem solving skills, time management, organisational skills amongst others. Three National 4 qualifications, or equivalent, one must be in English. Relevant knowledge and/or experience gained through education, voluntary or part time work. Written and verbal communication skills required, ability to work on own initiative or as part of a team, take and follow instructions and be motivated and enthusiastic.
