As we launch our new warehouse operations in the UK, we are looking for an enthusiastic leader to help build and develop our warehouse team from the ground up.
Located in Park Royal, West London.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping.
* Ensure customer orders are processed accurately and within established timelines.
* Maintain inventory accuracy through proper stock control, organization, and regular cycle counts.
* Supervise, coach, and support warehouse associates and fulfillment staff to ensure high performance and productivity.
* Participate in the recruitment, onboarding, and training of warehouse employees.
* Monitor warehouse performance using operational metrics and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and productivity.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and UK health and safety regulations.
* Maintain regular communication with corporate teams to provide operational updates, report issues, and ensure alignment with company goals.
