At Pour Moi, the passion and ambition of our people have shaped who we are for almost 18 years. From selling our very first bra in 2005, to today where one is sold approximately every 30 seconds, our energy, confidence and playful spirit run through everything we do.
Our mission is to help customers feel confident and empowered in their own skin, through beautifully designed lingerie that celebrates every body. We believe shopping for lingerie should feel supportive, uplifting and personal — never rushed, never intimidating.
At Pour Moi, we are committed to creating an inclusive and welcoming environment that reflects the diversity of our customers and colleagues. We actively encourage applications from people returning to work, or those looking to bring their experience and people skills into a new, meaningful customer‑focused role.
The Role
This is a highly personal and consultative customer experience role, where you will:
* Support customers in finding the perfect fit, offering thoughtful, personalised guidance based on their individual needs
* Deliver a calm, comfortable and confidence‑building bra fitting experience
* Use your understanding of people and your communication skills to help customers feel at ease during private fittings
* Share styling advice on fits, shapes and fabrics that enhance comfort and confidence
* Support with stock management and merchandising in store
* Operate the till and ensure a smooth and welcoming store experience
* Represent the Pour Moi brand through warm, professional and empathetic customer interactions
This is not a high‑pressure sales environment — success comes from trust, care and genuine connection with customers.
Who you are
We are looking for someone who enjoys working closely with people and takes pride in delivering a thoughtful, high‑quality service experience. You will likely be someone who:
* Brings strong interpersonal skills and confidence in one‑to‑one conversations
* Has empathy, discretion and emotional awareness when supporting customers
* Enjoys helping people feel comfortable, confident, and understood
* Communicates naturally and warmly, even in sensitive situations
* Has an organised and calm approach to their work
* Is enthusiastic to learn about products and share that knowledge with customers
Experience in bra fitting or lingerie retail is welcome but not essential — we provide full training for the right person.
We actively welcome applications from individuals returning to work or looking to build a new chapter in a customer‑focused career.
Please note: Due to the nature of our store environment, there is a genuine occupational requirement for post holders to be female. This is covered under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010.
