With 24/7 supervision and monitoring, the multidisciplinary team works closely with parents to help them identify and implement the changes needed to ensure their child’s safety and wellbeing.
Your new role
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for observing, monitoring, and recording parenting behaviours in a residential setting. You will contribute to the assessment process bypleting detailed notes and reports, supporting parents in daily routines, and working collaboratively with the wider team to ensure a safe and nurturing environment.
What you'll need to succeed
1. Experience working with families, children, or in a supported housing setting
2. Strong observational and writtenmunication skills
3. Ability to maintain professional boundaries and work within safeguarding frameworks
4. A strengths-based, non-judgemental approach to supporting vulnerable families
5. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
