Are you an experienced Business Development Director in the UK intermediary market with strong investment knowledge and a track record of driving growth?
A well established DFM are looking to hire a Business Development Director to join their intermediary partnerships team. This homebased role will focus on creating long-term, profitable relationships with IFAs, restricted advisers, and discretionary investment firms across the South West and M4 corridor.
Key responsibilities:
* Build and develop strategic partnerships with intermediaries
* Promote a broad suite of investment services, including discretionary portfolio management, multi-asset funds, and AIM IHT portfolios
* Confidently discuss investment propositions and structures including pensions, ISAs, bonds, GIAs, trusts, and platforms
* Represent the firm in a professional and compliant manner
* Contribute to the wider business growth strategy and meet individual objectives
What we're looking for:
* A minimum of 10 years' experience in financial services, with particular expertise in the intermediary space
* Strong understanding of investment products and the UK intermediary landscape
* Excellent relationship management, influencing, and negotiation skills
* Ideally QCA Level 4 qualified (or equivalent)
* Experience distributing funds and/or discretionary management services
