Responsibilities:
Being a professional and friendly first point of contact to the Centre members and visitors
Answering the phone, directing calls and taking messages
Handling donations and cashing up
Managing incoming post
Using Outlook and the booking system
Skills:
Well organised and able to multi task
Excellent telephone manner
Some experience of computer systems preferable

The Chilterns Neuro Centre is an independent charity based in Wendover, providing support to over 700 people from across Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Hertfordshire and Oxfordshire. The Centre offers a range of services and therapeutic leisure activities for people with MS, Parkinson’s and stroke survivors, as well as their family and carers.
