* Working alongside families, colleagues and professionals to ensure care is just right

* Some basic digital skills or a willingness to learn
You don’t need to come from a care background. If you’re the kind of person who notices when someone is struggling, who steps in without being asked and who finds joy in helping others feel comfortable and valued, you’re already halfway there.
