We are looking for an ambitious committedMarketing Executive who is eager to take on new challenges is ablework autonomously and also in a team with our country managers tobuild our brand and extend our customer base. The successfulcandidate will be creative to come up with engaging initiatives toattract prospects support the sales team increase brand awarenessgrow our brand and write content in English andFrench.
Youll be working with two founders aDigital Marketing Lead and our Designer who are keen to give youfull autonomy as soon as possible and will not hesitate to promoteand reward highachieving individuals and provide them the toolsneeded to realise their full potential. We strongly believe thathigh job satisfaction leads to highperformance.
We are working from our spaciousoffice in Nine Elms London. This is a fulltime role and we are notopen tofreelancers.
Tasks
Salessupport
* Collaboratewith the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals andimprove the quantity and quality of leads from all marketingchannels.
* Provide marketing materials andsupport for sales presentations.
* Develop andexecute email blast campaigns to target key prospects andcollaborate with the sales team to improve the quality of the leadsthat result from emailcampaigns.
Increasebrand awareness and brandbuilding
* Manage allsocial media accounts find ways to engage with customers and findnew leads.
* Support the Sales team to preparefor events.
* Engage with partners to createmutually beneficial marketingcampaigns.
Contentwriting in English andFrench
* Write blogarticles in English and French that speak to our customers andprospects.
* Write and create marketing materials(digital and traditional).
* Write new pages andsections for our website to speak to new customers /partners.
* Write Award applications and casestudies with importantcustomers.
Requirements
* Comfortableselflearning whatever is needed to take on new challengesindependently.
* Confidence and enthusiasm tomanage initiatives from A to Z.
* Bilingual inEnglish and French.
* Youve gained someexperience either through internships or a first fulltimerole
* Excellent timemanagement andorganisational skills able to plan projects and resources neededthen execute with a solutionsoriented mindset and assess resultsautonomously.
* Excellent communicator (writtenverbal visual).
* Experience with Airbnb and / orproperty is a strongplus.
