What you’ll be doing
As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, you’ll play a key role in supporting pupils across the classroom.
Your day might include:
* Supporting the class teacher during KS1 lessons and daily routines
* Working with small groups of pupils who need extra help with learning
* Assisting with phonics, reading, writing and early maths activities
* Helping pupils stay focused, confident and engaged
* Supporting positive behaviour and emotional regulation
* Helping create a calm and inclusive classroom environment
You’ll gain valuable experience while being guided by experienced teachers and support staff.
