1. Qualified to degree level or NVQ Level 4 or equivalent skills, knowledge or experience in a relevant field
2. Track record of continuous professional development
3. Attended Cerner EPR Courses
Knowledge
Essential criteria
4. Experience in supporting end-users with Digital Applications in a healthcare setting
5. Demonstrable experience working within customer-focused teams and project work streams to achieve shared goals
6. Experience of managing a busy workload with conflicting priorities
7. Experience of Cerner Application Management including change management, system testing
Desirable criteria
8. Knowledge of clinical and administrative processes in use across the NHS
