Role: Sales Team Lead
Location: Milton Keynes
Hours: Mon - Fri | 9am – 5pm
We’re hiring for a Sales Team Lead with a specialist engineering technology business based in Milton Keynes.
In this role, you will lead and develop a growing sales function while remaining hands-on in driving revenue and building long-term customer relationships.

What will you be doing as a Sales Team Lead?
* Leading and developing a small but growing sales team
* Setting the tone, culture, and direction of the sales function
* Managing the full sales lifecycle from enquiry through to close
* Developing new business while maintaining key customer relationships
* Supporting customers with solutions and ensuring a high level of service
* Acting as a senior point of contact, including after-sales support
* Mentoring team members and driving overall sales performance
What will you need?
* Experience in a technical or engineering sales environment
* Previous experience leading, mentoring, or influencing a team
* Strong relationship-building and account management skills
* A proactive, driven approach with the confidence to shape a team
* Ability to balance hands-on sales with leadership responsibilities
