In this role, youll be the first point of contact for our French B2B customers, supporting them by handling enquiries, processing orders, resolving issues, and ensuring a smooth and positive customer experience. 1. Receive and process customer orders via email, phone, and electronic systems.
2. Ensure all orders are entered accurately into the ERP system by daily cut-off times.
3. Handle enquiries and resolve customer complaints within your scope of responsibility.
4. Manage domestic orders of basic complexity and follow established work instructions.
5. Coordinate with internal departmentssuch as Shipping, Planning, Inventory, and Salesto support order fulfilment.
6. Identify issues that require escalation and communicate them promptly to management.
