Agincare is looking for a dynamic Facilities & Estates Coordinator to help drive the smooth running of our growing estate. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy being the go-to person for coordination and communication, we’d love to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate reactive and planned maintenance tasks via the CAFM system
* Maintain accurate records and compliance documentation
* Generate reports to support performance and planning
* Manage purchase orders and reconcile invoices
* Schedule site visits and liaise with contractors and internal teams
* Deliver support to internal teams, ensuring all sites remain safe, compliant, and fully equipped to provide outstanding care.
* Provide general administrative support to the Facilities Department
* Assist with ad hoc tasks and projects as needed


Qualifications

* Strong experience in a fast-paced administrative role
* Familiarity with CAFM systems (ideal but not essential)
* Excellent communication skills and a proactive, customer-focused approach
* Ability to liaise effectively with internal teams, contractors, and suppliers
* Solid Microsoft Office skills and a collaborative mindset
