Salary: £35,000 – £40,000
This is an excellent opportunity to join a specialist Architectural practice who offer expert design services to the residential, education, and defence sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Architect to lead on a range of high-profile projects for their Glasgow studio

Duties for the role of Architect:
* Lead on design development across all RIBA work stages
* Undertake site visits and surveys to ensure compliance is achieved
* Liaise with clients, other members of multidisciplined teams and contractors
* Prepare and develop planning scheme to detailed construction drawings
* Produce technical specifications, tender, and working drawing packages
* Ensure high quality delivery of producing drawings
Requirements for the role of Senior Architectural Technician:
* ARB registered
* Relevant post qualification experience as an Architect with a UK practice
* Proficient with AutoCAD
* Experience managing your own projects across a broad range of sectors
* Experience working across all RIBA work stages
* Strong technical detailing and design skills
* Pro-active and “can do” attitude
* Looking to grow and progress within the company
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Live within a commutable distance to the Glasgow area
