Inform Recruitment is working with a not-for-profit organisation, recruiting a Sales Support Coordinator to manage and coordinate the sales process, enabling this department to meet its goals. This is a newly created position to support the Head of Department.

As Sales Support Coordinator you'll be responsible for:
1. Working in line with department targets and conversation rate
2. Driving the Net Promotor Score
3. Managing the sales pipeline
4. Ensuring all opportunities are tracked and followed up on
5. Coordinating sales meetings and conference calls and preparing sales presentations
6. Researching potential providers and competitors to support the development of effective sales strategies
7. Responding to enquiries from providers
8. Maintaining the sales database and ensuring information is up-to-date
