The Role An opportunity has arisen for a Service / Calibration Engineer to join a specialist electronics environment. The role will involve the service, test, repair, and calibration of electronic products in line with required specifications and quality standards. Key Duties & Responsibilities • Service, test, calibrate, and repair electronic products in accordance with internal procedures • Fault find to component level on complex electronic systems • Dismantle and reassemble products to required standards • Carry out testing using appropriate equipment and technical documentation • Diagnose and repair PCB-level faults where required • Complete service documentation and maintain accurate records • Provide technical support internally and externally when required • Ensure all work is completed in line with departmental KPIs and quality standards • Identify and escalate any non-conformances in line with procedures • Maintain a safe and organised working environment in line with health and safety standards Skills, Knowledge & Experience Ideally an engineering qualification but experience would be fine Strong background in electronics service, repair, or calibration Experience fault finding to component level Ability to read and interpret circuit diagrams and technical documentation Hands-on experience with electronic test equipment Knowledge of el...
