What you will do
* Experience and understand the duty function, working efficiently within a fast-paced team.
* Undertake Social Care Needs Assessments and Mental Capacity Assessments.
* Manage safeguarding cases and conduct DST’s/CHC meticulously.
* Utilise case recording skills to document and communicate effectively.
* Work to right-size support and signpost clients where necessary.
* Provide evidence, manage, and escalate risks proactively.
* Demonstrate excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently.
* Make care user connections essential to your role, ensuring quality interactions and outcomes.
