We are searching for a CRM Implementation Project Manager who will deliver a business-critical CRM transformation programme. This role involves leading the transition from an existing Infor CRM environment within an Infor M3 ERP landscape to a new Creatio CRM platform, ensuring successful delivery across Sales and wider business functions including Finance, Manufacturing and Design.
Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Creatio CRM implementation, ensuring alignment to agreed scope, timelines, budget and business objectives.
Act as the central point of coordination between the Steering Committee, Creatio and the implementation partner, maintaining clear governance and structured reporting.
Establish and manage robust project plans, milestones and delivery frameworks across internal and third-party teams.
Manage cross-functional stakeholder engagement across Sales, Finance, Manufacturing and Design to capture requirements and ensure business readiness.
Oversee solution design workshops and integration touchpoints, particularly with the existing Infor M3 ERP landscape, ensuring scalability, data integrity and technical alignment.
Own RAID management (Risks, Assumptions, Issues and Dependencies), proactively mitigating risks and resolving blockers.
Drive effective change management across the organisation to ensure engagement, adoption and minimal disruption.
Oversee data migration strategy, cleansing and validation to ensure high-quality CRM data at go-live.
Lead testing phases including system testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring business sign-off and quality assurance.
Coordinate training, go-live planning and transition into BAU, ensuring a smooth handover to operational support teams.
