Responsibilities
* Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialised drinks, ensuring consistency and quality.
* Handle food safety procedures diligently, maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the shift.
* Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, providing friendly and professional service at all times.
* Assist with food preparation tasks such as assembling snacks or light meals when required.
* Manage cash register operations, including processing payments accurately using basic maths skills.
* Maintain a clean and organised work station, adhering to health and safety regulations.
* Manage multiple tasks effectively by demonstrating excellent time management skills during busy periods.
* Engage with customers to create a welcoming environment, fostering repeat business.
Qualifications
* Previous experience as a Barista is essential, with on going training to our standards provided.
* Knowledge of food safety standards and procedures is desirable.
* Experience in serving customers with professionalism and courtesy.
* Strong time management abilities to prioritise tasks efficiently during peak hours.
* Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
* A friendly attitude with excellent communication skills.
