LAW Absolute is working with a local authority based in Kent who are seeking a Planning Lawyer for an initial period of 3 months. The successful Planning Lawyer will be required to work with minimal supervision on S.106 agreements, Deeds of Modification and similar work. Strong drafting and negotiation skills are essential. Experience in planning enforcement would be advantageous but not essential. The role is available due to the current lawyer being on long term sick leave. This is to cover a junior lawyer who is currently on sick leave with an indeterminate return date. The pay rate for the role is: PAYE £32.10 / LTD £41.92.
