The Quantity Surveyor will work alongside a team that focuses solely on bespoke residential refurbishments in the South East. Quantity surveyor Role Projects range from £10 million to £40 million. The projects are some of the best the UK has to offer. You'll be working on a £15 million refurbishment in Tunbridge Wells - with the pipeline looking likely to increase in the Kent area going forward. You'll be supported with an on site Senior Quantity Surveyor, Contracts Manager, Site Manager and admin help. Ideally you will have experience of Prime / Super prime property.
