Main Responsibilities:
•Assembly, tuning, and maintenance of engines
•Engine performance evaluation using test bench facilities
•Analysing engine performance and proposing improvements
•Collaborating with the team on engine structure and design considerations
•Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
Ideal Candidate:
•Fluent in English (mandatory)
•Approximately 3 years of experience with F1 engines or high-performance automotive engines
•Strong understanding of overall engine structure and mechanics
•Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
•Willingness to work on-site in Milton Keynes
Preferred Qualifications:
•Experience with passenger car engine development
•Knowledge of engine testing equipment and procedures
•Experience in performance tuning and optimization
