You possess strong people management and organizational development knowledge, with an emphasis on change management and cultural development. As a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD) or equivalent, you are equipped to effectively advise on policy and influence organizational outcomes while maintaining strong partnerships with management, unions, and key stakeholders. What the Job Involves This role involves managing the employee relations service, ensuring that clear, balanced, and professional guidance is provided on HR matters, including dispute handling, attendance management, and policy implementation. You will oversee employee relations casework, represent the organization in employment tribunals, and facilitate policy development and cultural change initiatives. You will work in tandem with a Senior HR Advisor and HR apprentice to manage work allocation and collaborate with external partners to enhance service provision. Additionally, you will develop and deliver training and support strategic policy development to improve HR services.
