About You:
The post holder will support the Assistant Director for SEND in service development and strategic activities. Responsibilities include managing casework teams, assessment teams, and the service’s administration, as well as overseeing tribunals, complaints, and Members Enquiries for the SEND Team. The Head of Service will take operational responsibility for the day-to-day management of the SEND Team and work in partnership with schools, colleges, parents, and health partners in Southwark.
