đź’¸ ÂŁ40,000 - ÂŁ45,000 + commission package
This is a product with legs. We are partnering with a high-growth B2B SaaS company whose customer platform helps SaaS businesses reduce churn, drive expansion, and scale post-sales revenue with top-tier user reviews, G2 recognition and serious momentum in the market!
If you’re early in your BDR career and want to accelerate your development in a high-performing SaaS environment, this role is designed to stretch you. You’ll step into a high-ownership BDR position with pace and responsibility from day one, selling a product with real traction and learning how elite SaaS sales teams operate.
Snapshot of the role:
* Proactively identify and engage new prospects through a mix of calls, email, and LinkedIn outreach
* Build and develop strong relationships with Customer Success leaders across Europe
* Qualify opportunities by understanding business goals, challenges, and decision-making processes
* Book well-prepared discovery conversations for Account Executives across both SMB and Enterprise segments
What we are looking for:
* 1+ years’ experience in a BDR or SDR role, ideally within SaaS/B2B/Tech
* A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
* Highly motivated, takes ownership of results, and thrives in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting
* A strong work ethic with the grit, ambition, and tenacity to succeed in a high-pace, environment.
