Position
Front‑of‑House Management – Reception Manager
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the reception area, ensuring high service standards.
* Manage and coordinate reservations, optimising seating arrangements and guest flow.
* Open Table and/or Seven Rooms experience.
* Supervise and mentor reception staff, providing guidance to maintain a positive work environment.
* Handle guest inquiries and concerns with professionalism and prompt resolution.
* Collaborate with the management team to organise and execute private events and functions.
* Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
* Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive atmosphere for both guests and staff.
Requirements
* Proven experience as a Reception Manager or in a similar front‑of‑house role within the hospitality industry.
* Strong organisational, communication and interpersonal skills.
* Exceptional problem‑solving abilities and proactive approach to operational challenges.
* Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Familiarity with reservation systems and administrative tasks.
