The Adam Practice is seeking at least two salaried GPs for permanent posts to fill around 12 sessions in total.

The Practice location combines easy access to the wonderful Dorset countryside, while being very close to the edge of Poole town and is in a highly desirable area to live and work in.
The Practice is managed by a capable and efficient centralised Management Team, and we are key members of the Poole Central Primary Care Network with various staff and clinicians directly involved in or leading on PCN work.
Main duties of the job
We have extensive involvement in training and education including overseas and elective students and supporting the development of our own staff. We welcome applications from candidates who might bring any further new opportunities our way.

Job responsibilities
To manage a caseload and deal with a wide range of health needs in a primary care setting, ensuring the highest standards of care for all registered and temporary patients. To carry out all duties in a professional manner and adhere to all Adam Practice protocols, policies and guidelines at all times.
Qualifications
* Fully qualified GP with GMC Registration
* General Practice Trained
* On Medical Performers List
* Current CPR Certificate
* Medical Defence Union Cover
* Evidence of CPD
* GPwSI or other specialist interest qualification
Experience
* Chronic disease management
* Primary prevention and Screening services

* Knowledge of SystmOne clinical system
