The requirements
* Minimum 1 year experience in marketing, events, or related roles.
* Previous experience managing & organising events.
* Experience using HubSpot is highly advantages.
* Can work with minimum supervisory.
* Good communication skills, comfortable engaging with stakeholders.
* Interest in B2B marketing and events
The role
* Part time role, supporting the head of marketing with marketing initiatives
* Support the planning and execution of global events, webinars, and conferences
* Assist with logistics, including registrations, materials, and supplier coordination
* Manage attendee lists and support lead capture and follow-up activities
* Help coordinate marketing campaigns across email and social media channels
* Support content creation, website updates, and performance reporting
* Assist with CRM data, list segmentation, and lead management
* Provide administrative support to keep projects on track and organised
