M1/M2 Qualified Traffic Management Operatives – Tavistock
Our client requires Traffic Management Operatives in the Tavistock area to carry out tasks such as setting up temporary traffic lights, manning road closures, using a stop/go board, and other Traffic Management roles.
Successful candidates for the role of TM Operative should have:
* Ability to work as part of a team
* Ability to carry out work to a high standard
Applicants must have:
* Lantra M1/2 and ideally an M5 (not essential)
* CSCS card (Preferred)
* Willingness and flexibility to undertake some shifts out of normal working hours
* Willingness to carry out other tasks upon request
* Driving License (Preferred)
Hours of work:
Monday – Friday, days or nights.
Rate of Pay:
* Overtime at 150% after 40 hours Monday – Friday, nights, and Saturdays
* Standby payments for being on call Monday – Thursday or Friday – Sunday

This role starts as temporary but will become permanent after 3 months.
