2. Stock management experience is desirable but not essential
3. Motivated, proactive, and commercially driven to lead a team
4. Strong organisational and leadership skills
5. Ability to thrive in a hands-on, fast-paced environment
6. Results-driven, resilient, and adaptable to business needs
Our stores operate 7 days a week. This role requires flexibility to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis.
This is a full-time position, working 35 hours per week on a permanent contract.
