Position Overview
They are seeking an experienced Senior Brand Manager to play a key role in guiding established Amazon sellers toward continued success. In this role, you’ll act as a trusted advisor, helping brands overcome complex challenges, scale efficiently, and achieve their commercial goals. You will bring deep expertise across the Amazon ecosystem to deliver tailored strategies and clear, actionable recommendations that drive sustainable growth.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead regular client strategy sessions focused on performance, optimisation, and growth.
* Provide expert guidance on solving complex issues within the Amazon ecosystem.
* Support key projects from strategy through execution, ensuring measurable outcomes.
* Analyse brand performance and outline clear next steps to enhance results.
* Offer consistent communication and support across multiple channels.
* Contribute to ongoing improvements in internal systems and best practices.
* Participate in team meetings and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
* Strong expertise in Amazon marketplace operations, including organic ranking and product launches.
* Proven success managing large-scale Amazon PPC campaigns with significant budgets.
* Experience managing or advising high-revenue Amazon Private Label brands.
* Strong commercial understanding of logistics, COGs, fees, inventory, and P&L optimisation.
* Ability to diagnose and resolve complex listing, catalogue, or performance issues.
* 3+ years of experience managing or supporting Amazon brands with multimillion-dollar revenue.
* Excellent communication, organisation, and project management skills.
* A proactive, analytical, and client-focused mindset.
